Improvingyields in organic farming: data and knowledge within the OrganicYieldsUPproject.
Organic farmers, consultants, academics, and small and medium-sized enterprises gathered in Hungary to discuss the challenges and solutions related to low and unstable yields in organic farming systems.
Paola Cassiano and Elisa Lorenzeti from Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, together with Gabriele Ridolfi, project manager at OYUP, wrote this article which focuses on increasing organic yields based on figures.
